The crew member picks their vehicle, works through the departure checklist on their phone, and signs the record.
When the vehicle is handed back
The same vehicle is checked again at the end of the shift. Departure and return can be compared on the same day.

Anything non-conforming is raised as a report in the back-office, with its criticality and its photos.

Works offline
Underground car park, no coverage, a whole day without a signal: the crew member works normally. Records filled in without a connection are sent as soon as one comes back.
Never blocking
A missing or faulty item never prevents a shift from starting. INTAKTA records and alerts; the operational decision stays human.
Timestamped, signed, archived
Every record carries the time on the ground and the time the server received it, along with the crew member's signature. It stays readable exactly as filled in, even after the checklist template changes.

Checklist templates and vehicle categories are configured by your company, per site and per vehicle type. INTAKTA imposes no framework of its own: validating what the checks contain is up to you.
